SHIPPING
Free shipping is offered for all orders from our webshop unless stated differently. Orders will be shipped via a regular service shipping of our choice. Most orders will be shipped and processed within 24-48 hours of purchase, and if later than 48 hours our team will contact you to inform about the delay.

For international shipping, please contact us by email or our live chat before making any order and we will assist you with the shipping options.

A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment of your purchase. This tracking number is created by the shipping carrier and will be updated when your package has been scanned into their system, as well as throughout the shipping process.
ORDERS
The Negative Space reserves the right to accept, refuse, cancel or hold any order you place with us. Once we’ve received your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email that indicates the order number and contains information about the details of your order and the expected delivery timeline. By submitting an order, the customer accepts full responsibility for having checked that all the styling options of the chosen product/s AND the size are correct. Every submitted order shall be considered final.
