We accept no liability for printing and typing errors as well as obsolete items. While we strive to use only highest quality photography to represent our products in the most accurate and realistic way in terms of color, size, and shape, we cannot guarantee that the products you receive will look exactly the same as different computer screen will produce different colors outcome and detail.
LEGAL CAPACITY
By placing an order on our website, you are giving consent that you are over the age of 18. If you are under 18 you must let your parents or legal guardian know about our terms and conditions before using this website and placing an order. We reserve the right to accept orders only from those over 18 years.
DISCOUNT & VOUCHERS
The Negative Space may offers a discount on some products that is applied automatically at checkout. The discount is based solely on our regulations so you can mix products of various styles, items, and colors in the same order. None of the occasional promotional codes may be combined with each other unless stated otherwise. We may issue some gift cards or e- vouchers for appointed time and customers can apply them within check out with terms and conditions. Should the customer fail to apply a promotional code, they can contact our customer support on our Contact tab regarding the matter. Promotional codes may not be applied to an order paid for with a gift card.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
To place your order, you need to create an account with your email address. You then will be prompted to set up a password in order to be able to access your account and saved your details. All provided information should be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. RETURNS

ordered from tnsofficial.com. And some products came with warranty for certain period of time. Please note that some products are not exchangeable due to hygienic reasons, unless there is any manufacturing error.

EXCHANGES
You should always contact mail@tnsofficial.co for review before returning the goods to us. If the following cases happen to you such as defect or wrong product, we will accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery as shown by your tracking number. We ask that exchange requests are only made for items in unused and original condition. All labels and hangtags must still be in tact. The company reserves the right to deny the exchanges if the products do not comply to the conditions mentioned above. We do not assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged while being shipped to us. Pack breakable items with care and use the original packaging. Please note that not all products are eligible for exchanges. Print and fill in the Returns Form and send it together with the products you want to exchange.
WARRANTY
Ucon Acrobatics and Plain Supplies products purchased via our online and offline stores are covered by a 1-year warranty. If you make a claim of your purchase within the 1-year warranty period and we accept the claim, we will offer you a replacement with free shipping. Please note that you can only make a one time warranty claim. Please present us with Warranty Card sent together with your product should you make claim for Ucon Acrobatics product. You should always contact mail@tnsofficial.co for review before returning the good(s) to us. Print and fill in the Returns Form and send it together with the product(s) you want to claim warranty.
